Commitment to the enviroment, sustainability, and the world around us, is really important to us. As such, we focus on using as many local suppliers as possible, with a commitment to fair-trade, organic ingredients in our cooking, and reducing our plastic usage. We cater for all diets, although we do lean towards meat-free cooking.
